Please remember to always list your Vicidial Version with Build.

The manual is available at EFLO.net.

The software is called "Vicidial" not "goautodial". Goautodial is the installer only. (And I recommend using Vicibox.com instead of goautodial.org to get your installer, I like it better and it's the official install package!).

Use the PDF on the Vicibox site for "install instructions" (or the wiki if you use goautodial's installer, they have a wiki instead of a pdf). After installation is complete, use the manual from eflo.net. Start at page one. Don't skip ANYTHING. When you're done, you should not have paid anyone for anything except VOIP carrier minutes (hundreds of companies out there for that, some as low as $10 to start). And your system should work.

Be sure to use the BUILT-IN "survey campaign" if you intend to do survey/broadcast dialing. Don't change anything. Just use the one that is there. then make tiny changes to make it work the way you want ... you can always undo your last step if you break it. Otherwise, just don't skip any pages and you should have a fully functional system in pretty short order. If you bump into a problem, bring us the manual version number, page, and line that you have your Problem on (and a description of what you see vs what you think you should see, and any settings you believe are related) and we can walk you through your solution. Lots of helpers on this site!

Alternately, of course, you could pay someone to just build the whole silly thing for you and once you're making money you could build your own and push your data into it. We handle that all the time. :)

Happy Hunting.
