Hello i seeking for help because i am stuck with a installation having several random problems. ( I will open separate threads for each)

INSTALLATION METHOD - Vicibox 6.0 - Single Server Install - VICIDIAL VERSION: 2.10-448a BUILD: 140706-0927.
HARDWARE: Not Sure Its a HP Server, cpuinfo show 8 x CPU E3-1240, 8GB ECC RAM and RAID 5 with 3 SCSI disks over a HP controller


I tried to use CALLBACK, but the calendar and the DROPLIST to pick the time, doest not show.

CAMPAIGN SETTINGS has Scheduled Callbacks: Y

The DISPO actually shows at the end of the CALL but the pickers never appears, Already tried wit Firefox, Chrome and IE just to be sure is not Browser related.

Already tried to create a new DISPO with the CallBack Option, but the same result.

Any ideas on why this is happening?

Good job posting your specs. You probably just need to turn on "manual dialing" and "callbacks" for the USERS.

Also seriously consider reading the Manager's Manual and following all the exercises from the beginning to the end. Free Manual. Free Software. Invest the time and you'll likely decide to purchase the paid version (and I can tell you right now that you'll get your money's worth). Of course, that can wait until you are generating revenue off the software, right?
