Support,
I am trying to do scratch install on opensuse 13.1 using this
http://wiki.vicidial.org/index.php/VICI:Installation and
http://download.vicidial.com/conf/opensuse-scratch-install.pdf, is this steps applicable? Im lost on custom partition. Its different from the manual? What the correct partitioning to use? There is no REISERFS. No wiki updates?
Please help, really need this.

The easiest way to get moving is the preload disk. You put it in hit go and end up with a working box. If you are new at this i would start there till you get your feet wet.

I would recommend that you read this
http://www.eflo.net/files/vicidialfromscratch.pdf and then go through this
http://astguiclient.sourceforge.net/scr ... stall.html and then come back with questions. Those are what gave me a really good idea of what a scratch install is and how to go about it.

yes i have installed vicidial on centos, ubuntu, opensuse, debian and even kali linux. it can really be installed on any linux os if you do the research for the package dependencies. cloud or not the OS is the OS, it doesnt matter for it as far as "working" but performance will definitely lack on a cloud environment
