User Groups Disappearing.

We suddenly having an issue with all user groups but ADMIN disappearing. Thus not showing any agents accept the ones under ADMIN when going to the Agent page.
The groups still exist in the "osdial_user_groups" table, as such adding them again complains about duplicates. If i remove them from the db, I can re add them. However they then only show for a couple of minutes, then disappears again.
Any one had this issue before?
