Vici Calling Number in "Campaign Caller ID"
Posted: Mon Jul 21, 2014 4:20 pm
This is a Strange One.
Everyday we have at least 2-3 calls that Vici Calls the Number Listed in "Campaign Caller ID", instead of the Number it Should Dial.
It shows the correct number as the number being dialed on Agent's Screen and all Admin Reports, but we know we are reaching our "Campaign Caller ID" as it's our Voice Mail Box for Complaints.
So why is Vici Calling the number listed in "Campaign Caller ID"
Any Clues.
