Hi Everyone

Please find my build details below:
Version:2.8-437a
Build:140425-1257
asterisk version: 1.4.39.2-vici
SVN Version: 2112

SETUP:- Quad Core Server, 4 GB ram. Sangoma A104 4 port card, One Nic card, GrandStream Hard Phone and Zoiper Soft phone.

HISTORY:- Installed ViciBox_Redux.x86_64-3.1.10. Upgraded to the latest SVN version. Reason for upgrade on Hook agents. Completed the upgrade without any errors.

Problem:-
1. Call taking enormous time to ring the on hook agent.
2. Reports showing GMT_off_Set time -5 but account to my time zone time is +5.50, which is the Indian standard time zone.
3. Onhook agents are still showing active even when the hardphone have been disconnected from lan or even when they have been powered off. Due to which call stays in the que and not transferred to the available agent. in the real time screen i can see vicidial trying to ring the agent but the agent is not available actually.

Dont know whether all the above problems are related to each other or not. But this is what i am facing. Please suggest some thing that i can do.

Waiting for you response.

Thanks and Regards

Sounds like you might have time problems. I would check your phones times, system times, and vicidial admin times.
