Vicibox V.6.0.1-40722 preload

I am having trouble loading leads into the dialer. When I process the lead file an error message reads: "File does not have required number of fields." I am currently using warm connect vici dial - i can load leads there same format same process no issue.
What am i doing wrong?
I also noticed that I don't have an outbound calling campaign that I can copy from. Is that something i need to download separately ? I only have two examples manual calling and inbound calling.

1) You listed your installer version (Vicibox 6.01), which is nice. But it does not tell us which version of Vicidial was installed by it. This is always required: Vicidial Version with Build. It's in the bottom left corner of almost every Admin.php page.

2) There is a known bug with the lead loader, but I have not heard whether it affects all types of loading yet. My suggestion is to load the file with the Standard field order using Tab Delimited. (Always been the safest method of loading if you're having any problems). Click on the ( ? ) next to "Browse" when uploading your file. It'll give you the fields and the field order. Even though most of the fields will be empty, if you create the spreadsheet with those fields and save as tab delimited, the file can be loaded as "standard" and NO mapping is needed in Vicidial. This skips a major portion of the lead loading code ... and has always been error free.

3) Alternately, you can attempt to load using several data types and even using the old lead loader if there's a link on the page for it still.

i got all my leads loaded i thank you for your help however when i go to log in as an agent example login phone 7701 pass 7701
user 7701 pass 7701 when i click on the campaign none of my campaigns will pop up on the screen i click refresh and still not letting click on a campaign please help

you're typing the wrong user or password.

it will not show you a list of campaigns until you are authenticated with a valid user/pass.

there are two logins: the first login is for the PHONE. the second login is for the USER. 60% of new vicidial managers get it wrong the first time. go back and verify each step. and be happy: You're in good company. Everybody does it eventually. No matter how sure you are that you're typing the right user/pass ... you're not. LOL

thanks i got in under the admin user but it now says no leads in hopper i have 12000 leads in there

In order to load leads into the hopper you have to consider a few things:

1) Your Call Times, in your campaign set Local Call Time to 24 hrs in order to avoid any Time Rule to affect this.

2) Your Dial Status, check if the NEW status is enable under you campaign dial status

3) also try to use the Force Hopper Reset Option.
