All the user groups are gone except for the Admin user group, many of the campaigns are also not showing and when trying to view users only the admin users are listed. I have tried logging in ad the 'admin' user, tried other users with admin access. I checked the 'modify same user level' field is '1'. When looking in the database all the information is there, users, groups, campaigns, etc... I know... the first question to be asked in 'whats changed', and nothing has changed that i know of... very puzzling

It's a permissions issue when this happens usually. Take a look at the allowed campaigns in the vicidial_user_groups table in MySQL. Someone probably unselected something they weren't supposed to.

GENIUS!!! that was it!!! in the "admin_viewable_groups", "admin" was the only entry, i removed it and refreshed and life was great again!!!
