First off, your screens aren't running properly, check that you can run AST_VDauto_dial.pl without errors.

Secondly, you cannot alter CallerID with VICIDIAL.

Third, your problem can be solved with some simple dialplan editing.

i dont add any prefix in the dialplane too

even i remove the pri cable from the TE110p card and i attach that line to my pri tester and i m make the call like 09898141396 it is happening and also i dial some local no like 4039370 that is also happening but the same thing is not happening when i attach the connection to the pri card
