Is it possible to run Hangup survey based only on set call times (f.ex. 9am-9pm) without need to have agent logged in in that time and idle for the whole day?
results of this survey are now exported and manually dialed.

If the survey method is to hang up, then the call times will limit the dialing and your agent will never get a call. So there WILL be an agent, but the agent will only be used to initiate the calling process. It'll never get a call. Before 9AM and after 9PM, there will be no available leads and no calls will be generated. But the agent will remain logged in.
Just remember that these times are PROSPECT times (the time zone of the people being called). So if you call California numbers and you're on the east coast, it will be Noon to Midnight. If you have numbers from EST to PST, youll make calls from 9AM EST to Midnight EST (because it's still 9PM PST). Recipient call times can confuse vicidial administrators. LOL

Except there is no agent. You can use a Remote Agent, which is just an entry created by an administrator (no person actually logging in).
