We would like to add a WHISPER feature so our QA can listen to a call in progress and speak to the agent, WITHOUT the called party hearing the QAs comments. This will allow us to give direction to an agent on the fly, withiout having to take over the call in progress. Essentially, this will be a special 3 way call... where the called party can only hear the agents originating the call.
Has anyone done this before? If not, this seems like a great feature to consider for future development. If it has been, can you please give us some direction?
