Callbacks

I am setting up scheduled callbacks. Is there any way to stop the lead from being called in between now and the scheduled callback time?

If you have it set to callback status this will hold calls to that lead till the time comes up to call it.

You have to double check that CALLBK is not in your Dial Status List (Check it in the basic view of the campaign)

Alright, I will check to make sure that callbk is not in the list. I think the other issue could perhaps be that the lead is in the system multiple times. Thanks for the help.
