help. problems with production server

hello,
I have a problem with my production server it is urgent if anyone can help me.
agents have this message when you receive a call it "still live call has hung it up Then you can log out" when the agent click ok it loses the interface.
i need help

I detected the problem is at the level of internet explorer when I open VICIDIAL agent interface with mozilla I do not get this message.

Firefox is recommended for usage by agents.
