I log in as a closer and go to the outbound gui. Although, I do get the green screen and click SalesLine and submit. Then I get dial next number and no pause or resume. What's goin on?

For CLOSER campaigns you need to have your dial level set to 1 or higher or it will not work.

I manually put in the autodial level at the mysql prompt. and now it shows autodial level of 1 and logging back in I now get the proper pause and resume buttons.
Which screen should I attach to to watch and incoming call?
12880.ASTVDauto (Detached)
4070.ASTVDremote (Detached)
4066.ASTupdate (Detached)
4060.ASTVDadapt (Detached)
4050.ASTsend (Detached)
4044.ASTlisten (Detached)
Type "screen [-d] -r [pid.]tty.host" to resume one of them.

For incoming calls you need to watch asterisk. Since you don't seem to be using the start_asterisk_boot.pl script you will have to attach to it through asterisk -r.
