hi would like to ask regarding leads recycling that i selected custom campaign status and set attempt delay to 5mins/300 mins and maximum attempts is 1.
Problem is when i dialed it then with our reaching the attempt delay the leads gets back to the lead hopper still, i even test this with numerous leads set to see how ti goes back to hopper again...

Any idea and thoughts about this somehow.Thanks

look at the hopper report vicidial/AST_VICIDIAL_hopperlist.php and look what source it says for those leads.

Is the status listed in the campaigns "Dial statuses"? it should not

Thanks...on the Campaign Dial status its not selected..how do i check and find this --> report vicidial/AST_VICIDIAL_hopperlist.php

ok, when you set "attempt maximum" what does "leads at limit" read?

the AST_VICIDIAL_hopperlist.php report, just set your ip adress: http://192.168.0.100/vicidial/AST_VICID ... erlist.php
or just in the campaign view click "Click here to see what leads are in the hopper right now"
