Welcome Message max lenght? not in queue anymore after 30 se

hello,
I've configured a welcome message with 49 seconds to be played with "IF WAIT ONLY" setting.
The call directly comes into the queue while playing the welcome message but AFTER ~30s the call is NOT in the queue any more.
after the welcome message is over it is again back in the queue!?!

no idea why? is there a max. lenght for the welcome message?

I'd be willing to look into this for you. I don't think there is max length. It must be a misconfiguration of your ingroup. You could also consider using a callmenu and send callers there before the land in the ingroup.
