How to reset call counts manually ?

Hello everybody.

I shuted down the server before the time end of day (the time to reset the calls count) so the calls of the agents are not reseted to zero.

How can i reset them manually ?

you can do this through lists >> then choose your list then under 'Reset Lead-Called-Status for this list:' change that to 'Y' and hit submit

I thinks that this option is to reset the leads.I want to reset to 0 the agents calls.
How can i do this manually ?

AHH, not that im aware unless you run /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_reset_mysql_vars.pl, manually from the CLI, but this script usually runs nightly in cron, but your probably shutting down the server before this job run, so it doesnt get a chance to run. so maybe change the cron job to run a little while before you plan on shutting the system down OR dont shut the system down and just restart it before the beginning of the shift
