some time i m facing this issue...NO LIVE CALLS WAITING in my vicidial real time page....
my dial level is 1.5 is normal and calls are landing easily, when i faced this issue i simply increase the dial level 1.5 to 4 speed after this my call ringing numbers are same as 1.5 speed....
Troubleshooting which i did already.....
1. delete campaign and make new campaign.
2. deleting all recordings from ORIG folder.
3. mysql database repaired.
4. check minimum hopper is 500.

at the campaign (detailed) there is a field Maximum Adapt Dial Level: (set here the maximum of the dial level)
