NO LIVE CALLS WAITING....
Posted: Fri Oct 10, 2014 12:39 amsome time i m facing this issue...NO LIVE CALLS WAITING in my vicidial real time page....
my dial level is 1.5 is normal and calls are landing easily, when i faced this issue i simply increase the dial level 1.5 to 4 speed after this my call ringing numbers are same as 1.5 speed....
Troubleshooting which i did already.....
1. delete campaign and make new campaign.
2. deleting all recordings from ORIG folder.
3. mysql database repaired.
4. check minimum hopper is 500.
