voicemail full - cant recieve incoming calls

we are facing a problem with my co-worker regarding the hardphone that was registered to a dialer , we cant recieve any incoming call to his extension number because it says the mailbox is full.. how can we fix it?

any help?

Have him log in to his voicemail and begin deleting voicemails. Then turn on the "email VMs" option with "delete after emailing" and from now on it'll all be in your inbox and not collected.
