Change of ownership after inbound call

I trying to figure out what's the best way to handle this scenario: An agent has an important callback with a lead. The lead calls back himself and the inbound call is taken by another agent who did not make the callback. This agent dispo's the call but this only closes the lead if this user was the owner of the callback. So in this case the callback of the first agent remains open and this agent calls the client back again. How to prevent this?
