Report, team perfomance report, system time

hello,

in the team performance report I see
Nonpause Time and System Time
39:37:05 | 39:37:05
...
...

those two times are at every agent exactly the same.
what should be the system time anyhow?

shouldn't it be the time the user is logged into a campaign?
probably not, because if I have a look at the agent login/logout time report it shows the following - for the same user - same timeframe!
AGENT LOGIN/LOGOUT TIME:
78:14:04

Actually we want to use the team performance report and calculate the calls/hour... beside some other KPIs
