Inbound Call center setup with call queue

Hi All,

i am trying to setup an inbound call center with 10 seats using vicidial.
specifications are as below:-
ViciBox Server v.6.0
Asterisk 1.8.28.2
Opensuse

It was an installation done via vicibox

I have installed and configured till the extent that i can make and receive an outgoing and incoming call respectively.

my requirement is as below:-

I have a DID which i got from sonetel, calls to that DID should get redirected to my vicibox and at vicibox there should be a call queue.
my agents should get logged in into vicibox through softphones.

If i call that DID, i should get a prompt like "you are in queue" and as and when an agent is free, my call should automatically reach him/her.

i understand that these can be achieved with the help of INGROUPs, Campaigns, etc., but just that because of numerous configurations and parameters i am getting confused.

I have been trying to setup it up since 10 days now but no luck so far.

i request this wonderful group to help me out in realizing my requirement.

1) Create In Group: (Keep default settings)
2) Create DID: (DID Route: the In Group which you created.)
3) Create Inbound campaign (Allow Inbound and Blended: Y) & Select your created In Group (Allowed Inbound Groups:)
