Dial Status Changing Automatically

Hi,
Is there any way that Vicidial adds statuses that been dialed before back into the dial list. I loaded a list of all new leads and on the Campaign Report after half the day had went by i saw statuses that i did not add in being dialed.
I am using Vicibox 6.02 on a dell Poweredge R710 Dual Quad core with 8gb Ram on an Express Install.
Any help understanding this would be helpful.

You must reset your lists.

What does that mean? Any explanation as to why the previously dialed statuses are being placed back in the dialer automatically?

Please given an example, which statuses were being dialed again. Which status is being dialed again and how did you come to this conclusion? By resetting lists he means the reset times field in each lists modify page. It simply means that if you have 500 NEW leads and they have all been dialed and 200 leads were dispo'ed with NA status and the list is set to reset at 11:00 AM then at the time those 200 leads will be reset and dialable again ONLY IF the status NA is defined as a dialstatus in your campaign.

In you campaign you will have to add every single status you want to dial, using the Add A Dial Status to Call: option.
Also check you don’t have lead recycling enable in that campaign.
If you use Lead Recycle for certain status, Vicidial will load them in the hopper even if they are not in the dial status list.
