I have enabled the scheduled call backs for the user and the campaign I am expecting to see a disposition in on the screen for CALLBK, where I would be allowed to schedule the call back. I am not seeing CALLBK in the dispositions. How can I correct this?

post results of this MySQL query:
SELECT * from vicidial_statuses;
CALLBK should be a selectable status even if you have Scheduled callbacks disabled, if so it would not set a time, but it would just act as another status.
