Copying Pause Codes between Campaigns

Hi Team,

Just a quick one. Does anyone know how to copy pause codes between campaigns? I've read the agent and manager manuals (a while ago now, I'll admit), and done a few Google searches (more recently), but I can't find how to do this.

Currently entering them manually, and it's a bit of a pain to copy a dozen to a new campaign.

Thanks in advance,
edooze.

There is no feature to do that. You would have to do it with an sql statement.

if you Copy the whole campaign it will copy the pause codes, but if the campaign already exist there is no feature for that matter.

Copy the campaign, you say?

Thanks, I'll experiment. If the campaign functions are close enough together, that just might solve the issue.

Just make a good list of pause codes and then copy each new campaign you want to make from a template/base campaign. I never use the new campaign option to create new campaigns, i always use copy campaign. It saves you a lot of time with all the settings. Also pause codes should just be about 5 different codes? Not a lot of work to create them manually.
