CB Hold

Hi Guys,

having an issue with CBhold(callbacks). it seems that agents have the ability to override dialler recycle settings and also lock these records up.

please can someone assist with the below:

1. how can i limit the amount of times an agent can call "CBHOLD"?
2. how can i release the callbacks back into the dialler(ie. remove it from an agent and manage it via the list)
