Or gateway can handle a maximum of 30 concurrent phone calls. Is it possible for me to set a maximum number of concurrent calls? I am referring to outbound calls only.

I saw a setting for "Max FILL Calls per Second". Not sure if that is along the right lines.

you're looking for the setting: "Max Trunks"
its under "Admin" -> "Servers" -> "(your telefony server)"
