We have all our agents using the Vicidial agent UI instead of the GoAutodial UI due to it being more feature rich. All our agents are manual dial outbound. When the carrier is returning a 404 or a 486 (busy) we can see in the logs that the call is busy and this is also recorded in the carrier log table but the Agent UI has no indication that the call was busy or disconnected. The call status shows waiting for ring and goes up to 50 seconds (dial timeout) and then reports Dial Timeout, contact your administrator.

From looking at the forum it appears that others get "Dial Alert" screens. This would be enough to help our agents understand what is happening but it doesn't happen for us. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Note that this appears to be resolved in /agc_2-X/trunk/www/agc/vdc_db_query.php revision #2147.
