How the drop call computes? when it will reset? and how to lower it?
How the drop call computes? when it will reset? and how to lower it?
Total Outbound DROP Calls:
Percent of all outbound calls that are dropped
Percent of DROP Calls taken out of Answers:
Percent of human answered calls that are dropped
it is reset at night (think 02:01 is default) its when the script /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_reset_mysql_vars.pl is executed
You lower it by calling less aggressive, if you got ratio dialing at 2.0 then lower it to 1.5 for example
