HI guys during my call operation i get to see my real time campaign that all my agents are turning into Blue and not receiving any calls at all, but in few minutes calls are coming in back again fast. The only logs i capture during this moment of time is

Any idea guys why this logs is happening so far all my leads being uploaded are being check thoroughly with 11 digit only and no other characters. Please any idea been having this issue daily.Thanks

If you dial the Number in a manual Dial Campaing,can them be dialed ?
At the RealTime what do you see ,when you have Wait ?? Are calls Ringing?

This is just weird, coz we are dialing ok then suddenly i get logs like this and then agents begun to turn blue which like 5 minutes or more no calls coming in..on my end i do make sure i uploaded the Phone numbers correctly..any idea on this have you experienced on this setup..Thanks

Does your server shutdown incorrectly (power outage)?
What you dial method ? And your auto dial level ?

We i ran into this issue a while ago, i did a database fix, and it seemed to resolve it. Just look up myspl database repair on how to do it. I have a feeling that will resolve your issue.
