Calling International

Hi Everyone,

I am new here and this is my first post, sorry if it does not meet the requirements as I know that there are quite a few.

Okay so let me put the details first that I think are required.

I am in Australia and would like the team to be able to manual dial to New Zealand, They have tried but nothing happens

Sorry for having such a broad question, happy to try to provide any details that will help. The details below are what I currently have set, thanks in advance for any help.

Hello I wold ask you to be more specific. You have e to server that need to communicate? Or have one server that need to communicate to you?
And another think need to update the carrier and the CLI output.

You need to communicate with your provider first if you are allowed/open to dial to new Zealand and the prefix needed.
