Please Help! Carrier not working!

Hi Everyone, Any help would be great please.

So we have changed carriers to engin and I can not get it working. Everything works perfectly until a call is placed, It just drops straight away.

I have replicated the settings we had for our old provider so I do not understand, Any advice please!?

I had the same problem. After having issues for months and many many posts for help I finally stumbled across the problem.

In the /etc/asterisk/sip.conf file, the externip=xx.xx.xx.xx did not have the correct address. I assumed that setting the External IP for the server in the Admin section would do the trick but it did not. Once I set the correct IP in the conf file it worked perfectly.
