I would like to test the Zoiper WebPhone and can't seem to get it to work.

1. I set up a new sip phone "Set as WebPhone" (yes)

Tried to log in and all it does is redirect the web page to the right side, with another user log in page and the main page says call agent web phone or go back.

So I googled and realized I may have to set up a web phone url in system setting - what is the web phone url i should use?

Anyone?

I don't want to commit to buying Zoiper WebPhone if I can't get it to work to just test.

Any help would be great.

After much searching I figured it out. I thought it had to be and actual "url" i.e; (www.XXXXXXX.com), well it doesn't.

Go to Admin
Go to System Settings
Go to WebPhone URl - then insert - zoiperweb.php

It works fine.

I am not sure the reason for the zoiperweb_redirect.php because if you put it in the url "slot" it doesn't work.

So then I tried to copy and paste the doddlephone_redirect.php page and the settings were off, I changed the settings (after a little searching) and the doddle web phone would just try and load and I kept getting Java security errors. I tried a few different computers and no luck. Not sure if it's Java if it's that doddlephone needs to update Java on there side or what.

At this point it would be nice to have a 'free" web phone. For me I will probably just purchase the Zoiper WebPhone, but free would be great for a smaller call center.

Lastly I found that load balancing the soft phones was super easy. Once the user end is set up it's all automatic and works like a charm. Vicidicl you guys are awesome.
