Busy Signal with DID to IVR routing

Postby jahbugz » Sun Feb 01, 2015 1:34 am

Hi again. I have another issue that I CANNOT seem to resolve. I've researched and found two other posts with people having the same issue but a resolution was never posted. Issue is that I can change DID routing to voicemail or extension and it works just fine. However, when I chose IVR it goes to busy signal.

tried adding exten with s and that just threw another error. I commented it back out and now I'm getting another error. Would love to paste the error, but it's saying that my post looks too spamy for a new user.

) Version of VICIDIAL : GOAUTODIAL 3.3 latest ISO
2) loadavg :
3) Server Specs
4) Codecs used : Tried GSM and ulaw
5) VOIP or PSTN : VOIP
6) OS

last but not the least:

Did you really follow the SCRATCH_INSTALL Document? Did you read the manuals? READ IT FIRST! : I followed the instruction guide on the Goautodial website.

So after trying for a couple more hours I figured out a workaround.
In the extensions.conf file uncomment the first line and comment out the second. After doing that and rebooting I was finally able to hear the IVR prompt. Now the digits pressed aren't working but that's another battle for another day......

exten => _XXXXXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi-DID_route.agi) ; use this one instead of the o$
;exten => _X.,1,AGI(agi-DID_route.agi)
