Park call button greyed out

Hello Everyone, new to this forum. We just finished setting up a vicidial cluster. We have one Database/webserver and two asterisk box. Everything is working fine. Only issue that we have is we can not park calls.
When the agents login and dial a lead, the call park button is greyed out and can not be used. When I call the extension 8301, I hear the music and everything seems to be fine.
AS anyone out there had this issue in the pass?
