Hi all!

In the call URL options (start call, dispo call, no agent call), is there an option to send the name of the ingroup as a variable? I think I read it somewhere, but the documentation is not very updated either.

"--A--group--B--" will give you the in-group for an inbound call or the campaign_id for an outbound call.
