Calls at only one agent automatically hangups.

Im having a problem with an agent.Her calls keeps hangin up automatically.
How is it possible ?
I have created a new User for this Agent with a different extension and now it looks ok.
Why does this happen ??

Need more information. Do you have the CLI information or anything else that we could look at?

I had a problem before where one campaign was not dialing but the User dials when logging in to a different campaign. I'm uncertain if this suggestion would help but it wouldn't hurt if you give it a try.
Try running under root:
'/usr/share/astguiclient/AST_reset_mysql_vars.pl'
and the results should be:
- conferences reset
- vicidial_conferences reset
- vicidial_manager delete
- vicidial_auto_calls delete
- vicidial_live_agents delete
- vicidial__users delete
- vicidial_campaign_server_stats delete
- vicidial_hopper delete
Please be reminded that if there are agents logged in and you run the script it would log everyone off. So I would suggest running it when agents are not in a call or during after hours.
