Campaign configuration help

Hi everyone,

Sorry if this question has already been answered... I'm attempting to configure a campaign that will make outbound calls, play a recording, end of the recording if the customer is still on the line transfer the call to a inbound group... Can someone explain how to set this up?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I guess you are looking for a broadcast campaign, there is info about it on the forum, google it ;)
