Issue with outbound calls

I have searched every and can't find anyone else having this issue.. We have fresh installation of ViciBox 6.0 with the below versions >>

OpenSuSE v.13.1 64-bit
Kernel v.3.11.10
Asterisk v.1.8.28.2-vici
DAHDI v.2.9.1.1
LibPRI v.1.4.14
Amfletec VoiceSync v.1.3.7
OpenR2 v.1.3.3 for MFC/R2 support
ViciDial SVN Trunk v.2.10-443a build 140617-2017 revision 2130

What is happening on over 60% of the calls instead of a live customer on the line the agents just hear an indefinite ringing... We've tried changing the "Dial Timeout:" between 15-30 no matter what keeps happening. Does anyone have any clue why this is happening?

We have seen this and it has been 1 of two things. It is either the version you have in the server setting for vicidial does not match the version you have on your system OR (more likely) it is a carrier issue. If everything work for MOST of the time it is most likely a carrier issue. What we do is we make a list of these calls and then give the numbers the carrier. They can then trace back the route that those calls have to go through to get to the lead and they can solve the problem.
