Hi,
Im facing issue with asterisk dialer. We are running outbound campaign.
of late im facing issue where our customer cant listen our voice.I checked and found through router that the dialer IP is constantly uploading at a constant speed and eats up all my uploading bandwidth,i dont know what is uploading where it is getting uploaded,from couple of days i'm facing this issue on constant basis.
Gurus please help us,Im new to this asterisk world.

You need to provide more information. What setup do you have? How did you set it up? What version numbers etc. Do you have an QOS settings on your router? What type of connection do you have? How many agents? The more the better!
