Double queue / queue forwarding

Hi,

I need an Idea how to done this:

I want to be able to transfer from a campaign 1000 to campaign 2000... This is done with a InGroup, I'll call it 2000 Inbound...
Now, I have the agents in the campaign 2001, having 1 agent in the 2000 inbound campaign transferring the calls to the campaign 2001... And that's ok.

The question is this:

If the agent aren't logged in the campaign 2000, automatically transfer the calls on queue 2000 Inbound to the inbound 2001?
Like: If isn't someone logged in the campaign 2000 sent the calls to the queue 2001. Is possible?

Ideas?

Yes, look at the No-Agent-No-Queue feature in Inbound Groups.
