DIDLOGIC Carrier Setup

Postby richardroi » Fri Mar 27, 2015 11:40 am

Hello Guys,

Anyone here used didlogic? I can't seem to work it out for inbound calls.
Can someone share some configuration?

I have used DIDLOGIC service on the past. In order your DID work you need to use their New York server

register=>6453259:55555@sip.nyc.didlogic.net and setup the peer details using sip.nyc.didlogic.net as the remote host address

where should i get "register=>6453259:55555", Im not sure if im doing it correctly, I created a sip account on their portal and it is saying failed to authenticate when i tried it on vici carrier, 3 miss attempts and my ip is banned for 3 hours, so I have to do this in one shot.

this is what i will be testing!
[didlogic]
type=peer
host=sip.nyc.didlogic.net
nat=yes
username=35534---- created by the system on sip portal
secret=testing----i created this on sip section on their portal
qualify=yes
fromuser=35534
disallow=all
allow=ulaw

register => 35238:testing@sip.nyc.didlogic.net

Assuming 2xx.xxx.xxx.xxx is your DID number the call is comming through but there is not inbound route define on your vicidial, for this DID 2xx.xxx.xxx.xxx. So create the DID and route it to the desired destination : ingroup, extension...

I solved this on their sip portal.
You have to create a sip account, use the account for register settings and point the dids on that sip account and put your ip on "allowed ip section"
I'm using sip.nyc.didlogic.net.
