Hi!
I just created a 2nd campaign, both of them the 1st one and the new one are inbound/blended, during my test call on the 2nd campaign I noticed that the called counts of both campaign are the same, shouldn't it be that the called counts of the 2nd campaign is separated from the first one?
And I cannot view both campaign at the same time on realtime monitoring!
I click choose dispaly options on realtime monitoring.
Hold down ctrl key and highlighted both campaings.
Then ctrl key again and selected the two user groups. Then submit.
But only one campaign is showing.
Anyone? Please advice!
