vicidial.org

I reinstalled, and leads were in the hopper last time. Local Call Time is set to 24 hours. As well, Local Call Time for the list is set to 24 hour. The list is active and there are no filters.

When it says "no dialable leads", of course the leads cannot then populate the hopper. How can I get a more specific error?

I don't understand. I deleted the campaign and list, reloaded same leads from the same file into a new list and campaign, and now there are leads in the hopper:

Why? Or, more usefully, how do I find out why that worked, but I couldn't get dialable leads from the same leads file, just uploaded to a different list?
