Is there a way to specify a custom caller id just for manual calls.. I think this could be done changing the dial prefix for manual calls and then doing custom dial plan for that prefix and change the value of the variable ${CALLERID(nun)} to the desired caller id. I hope to get some suggestions thanks

There are several options for callerID in the campaign detail screen, have you looked at all of them?

Thanks I checked the campaign setting and there is an option called
Manual Dial CID -This defines whether an agent making manual dial calls will have the campaign callerID settings used, or their agent phone callerID settings used. Default is CAMPAIGN. If the Use Custom CID campaign option is enabled or the list Campaign CID Override setting is used, this setting will be ignored.
It is not exactly what I need because there is no option to specify an specif a fixed callerid for manual calls, like 1800-200-5050 for example. I think the best option is to use a custom prefix for manual calls and specify the callerid on the dial plan directly ${CALLERID(nun)} as described above . But any ways thanks Matt.
