Push Lead from website need to be dialed first

I am running a campaign with a Dial Method : Ratio with a Lead Recycling feature.I am pushing leads from a website to one of the List ID in Vicidial. When ever a new lead is pushed from website, it comes with new status. I wanted to dialed this New Leads first and then other Dial status leads.

Is there any settings for this?
