Limit number of DROP per lead

Hi

I'm trying to find out a method to lower the number of DROPs per lead. Ex: if the lead XXX gets a status of DROP, this lead must not get any other DROP status. This could be done by locking the agent screen and not allowing to get any other call on the moment the lead XXX is being called.

Is there any possibility to achieve this result?

The easiest thing to do would be to move them to a different list that is in a manual dial or inbound_man campaign. What you describe would be quite difficult actually.
