Automatic Call back Pop-Up

I understand that there is no Active call-back pop-up feature available.Can we have this feature even if the agent is on the call with option of puting the present customer on hold or skip the callback and try it when the agent is free..

You missed the full version of the installer. 6.0.X (it makes a difference, believe me). Either check the .iso image name or the message in the console login splash/welcome message.

The agent alert is available and can show during a call (depending on your web browser, it can even blink red). Check all the settings for the campaign for call backs, read all the help screens on them. And it's been around since before your version. Not a popup, just a clickable alert on the agent screen.
