MULTIPLE times CALL DIALING ISSUE

VERSION: 2.4-364a |BUILD: 120409-1136 | installed from ISO | asterisk 1.4.39(vici) | Sangoma 2port E1| 50 agents

I have an issue of multiple times a number is been dialed with in a period of 1-2 minutes.

I have added some system statuses as CD - Customer Disconnected where Subcategory is NOT Contacted, VNC - Voice Not Clear where Subcategory is Contacted, NA - NO Answer where Subcategory is NOT Contacted.

Majorly this issue is observed for CD, VNC and NA status.

Any help would be Appreciated.

The System already has:
N - No Answer and
NA - No Answer AutoDial

What is Callback set to?
Are you doing any lead recycling?

NA is default statuses which comes with default installation of Vicidial

Yes, I am using Lead Recycling but has set the ATTEMPT DELAY as 18000 secs i.e it will redial after 5 hours.

But my issue is call is been dialled to a number for multiple times i.e 4-5 times...with in a period of 1-2 minutes

What do you have the subcategory of Call Back set to?
Have you looked at the logs?

Vicidial is now at 2.12 so this may be an issue that was fixed since your version 2.4.
